Regular Camera Checks

To get the most from your RedHanded Human Detection Technology™, schedule a Monthly Camera Review (or at least Quarterly). Your site is constantly changing, which may impact your camera views. Here's what to check:

1. Blocked Views: ensure no obstructions (equipment, new structures, etc)
2. New areas: adjust cameras to cover new gates, laydown areas, or subcontractor zones.
3. Crane Coverage: if a crane is on-site, ensure it's in view.
4. Building Entrances: verify they are properly monitored.
5. Lens Clarity: outdoor cameras may accumulate dust and dirt – clean as needed.

Using Your System During the Day

While RedHanded Human Detection Technology™ protects your site at night, your system also offers daytime value. You should know:

1. Cameras are preset in 'Security View' for critical areas.
2. During the day, cameras can be adjusted to different locations when the system is disarmed.
3. The camera will switch to 'Daytime View' when disarmed.
4. It will return to 'Security View' when armed at night.

How to Set a Daytime Camera View:

1. On the IMMIX app or computer, use cameras with Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) to find the best daytime view.
2. Capture the View: tap the camera icon in the app to take a snapshot.
3. Send to Customer Service: email the image to Radius Security with a request to set it as your daytime view.
4. Confirmation: Radius Security will update your system and notify you once complete.

1. Set up

• Browser: use Google Chrome from your desktop to access the application.
• Download the app: from your app store. Ensure it's the app with the *red logo*.

2. Log In:

• Go to the Immix portal URL: https://monitoring.radiussecurity.com
• Enter your username and password.
• Click 'Login' to access your account.

3. Select Your Camera Feed

• Navigate to the 'Cameras' tab.
• Choose the site or camera you want to view from the list.

4. View Live Footage

• Click on the selected camera to open the live stream.
• Adjust the view using the available controls if needed.

5. Access Recorded Footage (if available)

• Click on the 'Playback' option.
• Select the date and time range you want to review.
• Play or download the footage as required.

6. Log Out

• When finished, always log out for security by clicking 'Logout' at the top-right corner.

Troubleshooting Tips

Can’t Log In?

• Check if your username and password are correct.
• Ensure your internet connection is stable.
• Try resetting your password if needed.
• If you encounter a pop-up that says “Confirm Certificate” click Cancel

Camera Feed Not Loading?

• Refresh the page or try a different browser.
• Make sure the camera is online and powered.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies.

Playback Issues?

• Ensure the correct date/time range is selected.
• Verify that recordings are available for that period.

Important Information

• This application is intended for temporary, incident-driven camera access and monitoring throughout the day. It is not designed for continuous, long-term display on your computer. For your security the app will automatically log out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
• Mobile application does not support PTZ control.
